Terms

In force from 4 November 2026.

These terms apply to the use of Stable News ("we"). Its plans are sold by the person who runs it, as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG); the seller is named on the payment page before you pay and on the receipt. Contact: privacy@stablenews.ai.

1. The service

News editions and company intelligence windows prepared with the help of AI, with links to the original reporting. The service is provided as is and may change or be discontinued. You need a current web browser; an account needs an email address. Company workspaces are available to their current members.

Invited readers can also read through an assistant, such as Claude. An invitation comes with credits that pay for searches and for editions made on request. Credits have no money value: they cannot be bought, exchanged, transferred or refunded, and we may change what they pay for. Ending an invitation ends access through an assistant.

2. Content

Summaries may contain errors and are not professional advice. Reporting belongs to the outlets that published it.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Use the service lawfully, add no unlawful content and do not disrupt or misuse it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Paid plans

Personal paid plans are sold by the month or by the year, at the price shown on Profile and on the payment page before you pay, through our payment provider (Stripe), and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with "manage billing" on Profile; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. An invoice is sent on request.

A first personal subscription may start with a 7-day free trial, as shown at checkout. A card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Previous personal subscription or trial history makes the trial unavailable.

A company trial lasts 14 days, requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. It starts when the operator activates it after the first company window is published; accepting an invitation does not start it. A company owner must explicitly purchase the company subscription, at USD 1,500.00 per month for the team, through its workspace. It then renews monthly until cancelled. The owner can manage or cancel it through billing in the workspace.

When company trial or paid access ends, new updates stop. Existing published history remains readable to current members. Removing a person's membership ends their access, including access through an assistant.

You may withdraw from a plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by writing to privacy@stablenews.ai. By paying you ask for the plan to start at once, so on withdrawal we refund what you paid less the part for the days it ran. Consumers keep every other statutory right.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made on the basis of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the statutory rights of consumers.

6. Complaints

Write to privacy@stablenews.ai; we reply within 14 days.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. See also Privacy.
