Privacy
In force from 4 November 2026.
Stable News ("we") is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@stablenews.ai.
What we process
- Account data: your email address and sign-in details.
- What you give us: your profile and preferences, links and stories you add, and delivery settings.
- How you use the site: what you open and mark.
- Company workspace data: memberships and roles, invitations, configuration, published windows, your feedback, assistant access grants and records of what the page or assistant made available to you.
- Reading through an assistant: your invitation, your credits and what spent them, and the own editions you ask for.
- Payment data: your plan and its status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive them.
- Technical data needed to keep the service secure.
Why
To provide the service you ask for (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), to keep it secure and improve it (art. 6(1)(f)), and to meet legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives it
Service providers that run parts of the service for us: hosting, database and sign-in, email, payments, and AI and voice services. Some are outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires or as you request below.
If you connect an assistant, you authorize that client to read the selected company's records on your behalf. Returned records can include company analysis, source links, publication history and your feedback on those records. Your account identifier and client authorization are used to grant this access. The assistant provider receives those records and handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
You can revoke a client's grant from the company workspace. Removing your company membership also ends future connector access. Revocation does not remove records the assistant provider has already received; manage its saved conversations and data through that provider.
If you read Stable News through an assistant, you authorize that client to read for you: our editions and lists, why a story stands where it does, your interests and your credit balance, and to search and to change your interests when you ask it to. Your account identifier and client authorization are used to grant this access. The assistant provider receives what it reads and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect it in the assistant's settings, or write to us to end its access. Disconnecting does not remove what the provider has already received.
How long
As long as needed for these purposes, usually while your account exists, and longer only where the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@stablenews.ai. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies
Only cookies needed for the site to work: to keep you signed in, remember your choices and hold your marks
(mn_session, mn_visitor, mn_edition, mn_language,
mn_invite, mn_oauth, mn_reset). None is used for advertising.
When you authorize an assistant, company_consent keeps an encrypted temporary sign-in token and
authorization state for up to ten minutes to complete that request. It is removed when authorization finishes.
Children
Stable News is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
